Our cardio machines are from the life fitness silver range. We have over 60 pieces of cardio equipment, which are all linked, to cardio theatre, which enables you to listen to the television whilst exercising.

Please make an appointment to see one of our qualified instructors who will enable you to reach your goal with their fitness background & Knowledge.

Streamline offer a 3 stage programme system and this takes you through your first 3 months Membership. After that the programmes are as an when required.

This service is free to all our members.

All our instructors are REPS qualified.
